We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Manager to lead and oversee the development, execution, and delivery of all creative assets across our campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with strong visual communication skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to manage creative processes that align with business goals and timelines.
The ideal candidate will review performance dashboards and creative requests daily, aligning with the Paid Media team on priorities. Actively developing a new brand identity guideline for a client, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. Managing campaign deliverables, brief designers on new tasks, providing feedback on ongoing projects, and join a sync with stakeholders to plan the upcoming content calendar. You
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end creative process from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output across all campaigns.
Oversee the delivery of creative work, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality benchmarks, and campaign requirements.
Support the development of creative assets for both organic social media posts and paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring consistency with brand identity and performance goals.
Manage and collaborate with the fulfillment team, freelance designers, video editors, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
Work closely with the Paid Media and Account Management teams to align creative assets with marketing objectives.
Maintain and improve brand standards across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, landing pages, etc.).
Guide ad messaging refreshes by identifying underperforming creatives and A/B testing new versions.
Provide feedback and strategic direction to internal and external teams.
Use data-driven insights to improve visual performance across campaigns.
Participate in performance reviews and brainstorming for campaign improvements.
Qualifications:
5+ years of creative or design experience (agency experience preferred)
3+ years with proven experience creating or managing visual content for social media platforms (organic and paid), with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and audience behavior.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business administration preferred
Advanced English proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Leadership skills
Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to lead and deliver creative campaigns from concept to production
Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Familiarity with UI/UX and CRO principles
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or Figma
Must be based in Latin America (LATAM)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in leading and managing fulfilment teams, freelancers, or vendors
Experience with video editing and motion graphics
Experience in legal, healthcare, or service-based marketing industries
