We’re looking for an creative and result-oriented Sr Creative Operations Manager to you will lead the operational engine behind the production of thousands of direct-response creatives annually. Your mission is to ensure seamless execution across all stages of content production—from storyboard to final ad delivery—while elevating the creative bar and driving measurable business impact. This role is for a strategic executor: someone who can bring structure to creative chaos, optimize workflows at scale, and lead a high-output team to deliver compelling video, static, and UGC ads that convert.
Requirements
Expected outcomes & responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end production of high-volume creative assets (video, UGC, static) across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, ensuring every deliverable meets direct-response and brand standards.
Act as the operational bridge between Creative Strategy, Media, Production, and Post-Production teams to streamline execution and remove bottlenecks.
Run weekly creative rituals (planning, launch setup, and performance reviews) and deliver actionable reporting through the Acquisition Winners Report and dashboards.
Drive innovation through the integration of AI tools, workflow enhancements, and adoption of new content formats to boost efficiency and output.
Align creative operations with CRO testing and funnel needs, supporting scale-up of winning creatives, scripting refinement, and campaign execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years leading creative operations, preferably in DTC, agency, or high-growth
- environments.
- Deep understanding of direct response advertising and production workflows.
- Strong technical background in post-production and creative QA.
- Familiar with creative performance metrics and able to bridge creative with media.
- Highly structured and organized; thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Collaborative leadership style: brings energy, clarity, and accountability to teams.
- Curious and trend-savvy: follows UGC, AI, creative tooling, and optimization trends.
