Job description
The Brand & Marketing Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for the growth and visibility of our brand. As a core member of the RevOps team, this role owns our brand strategy, inbound marketing execution, and partnership ecosystem. You will lead content strategy (including podcast, webinars, and newsletters), coordinate lead generation campaigns, manage sponsorships and events, and help grow our influence and pipeline across all channels.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated marketing generalist or brand leader with deep B2B experience and strong cross-functional execution skills. You’ll work across marketing, sales, and service functions to build a scalable, measurable, and differentiated marketing engine.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and grow a community of advocates, clients, and industry influencers through social media, forums, and events.
Launch initiatives to drive client engagement and brand affinity.
Contribute to the research and strategic development of new service lines, partnerships, and product innovation opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market planning for new business initiatives.
Develop and implement a unified brand strategy for the SSD Growth System
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all owned, earned, and paid channels.
Own and maintain brand voice, tone, visual identity, and core messaging documents.
Lead content calendar for podcast, webinars, case studies, and newsletters.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and writers/designers to deliver on-brand and on-time content.
Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to amplify our positioning in the SSD legal industry.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, email, social, and events.
Work with Performance Marketing and Content teams to optimize funnel performance.
Monitor lead quality, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
Manage industry event strategy, logistics, and presence (booths, speaking sessions, collateral).
Identify and negotiate partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
Coordinate co-marketing efforts and partner onboarding initiatives.
Track and report on KPIs including lead volume, engagement, traffic, and campaign ROI.
Use marketing dashboards and CRM data to analyze impact and optimize campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years experience in B2B marketing or Brand Markerting
Proven success developing and executing brand strategies across multiple channels
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business administration preferred
Experience with integrated marketing campaigns and managing agency/vendor partners
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, GA4)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the legal, SaaS, or professional services space
Familiarity with EOS or Scaling Up frameworks
Experience in a RevOps or revenue marketing environment
