Credentialing Specialist (Remote)

What You’ll Do:
Verify licenses, certs, education, and work history
Go straight to schools, boards, and cert bodies for confirmation
Handle onboarding + re-credentialing with zero gaps
Make sure we’re audit-proof and always inspection-ready
Lock in compliance with The Joint Commission, NCQA, CMS, and others
Bridge HR, clinical ops, and admin without dropping a beat
Track every license and renewal like clockwork
What You Need:
5+ years in credentialing
CPCS cert? That’s a strong yes
Bachelor’s preferred—or you’ve been in the trenches long enough
Willingness to own the process of getting clinicians credentialed quickly and ensuring they feel valued throughout the process and have their needs/questions addressed in a timely manner
Pay: $90–$110K
Remote: 100%
