The cloud-based e-learning platform offers tailor-made solutions, from creating whole e-learning websites to author online courses as well as providing the right tools to sell them on a B2B/B2C function. Role Purpose
LearnWorlds is seeking a detail-oriented, technically capable CRM Administrator to own and evolve our HubSpot CRM instance across marketing, sales, and customer success. You will play a critical role in enabling go-to-market teams to execute efficiently, aligning systems with business goals, and improving lead management, campaign execution, and reporting accuracy. This is a key operations role embedded within the Revenue Operations function, helping drive scalable processes and data integrity. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and CX to support a high-performing commercial engine.
Key Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day administration of HubSpot, including user management, workflows, properties, and integrations
Maintain CRM data hygiene and governance to ensure accuracy, deduplication, and segmentation integrity
Support Marketing Ops and Demand Gen teams in campaign setup, lead routing, and lifecycle automation
Partner with Sales Ops to continuously refine lead scoring, funnel stages, and pipeline visibility
Build and optimize reports and dashboards across GTM teams to track KPIs, velocity, and conversions
Troubleshoot CRM issues and coordinate solutions with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Document CRM processes, field mappings, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Implement rules for lead deduplication, disqualification, and source attribution to support forecasting
Support integration of third-party tools (e.g., Clearbit, Segment, Zapier, Influ2) into HubSpot
Collaborate with Product and CX teams to improve trial tracking, support-sourced lead handling, and customer lifecycle data
3+ years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
Proven ability to create, manage, and document complex workflows and automation logic
Deep understanding of lead lifecycle, B2B funnel management, and CRM best practices
Proficiency in data validation, deduplication, segmentation, and database management
Experience supporting both inbound marketing and sales-led motions
Strong analytical skills; ability to build actionable reports and dashboards
Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams
Excellent attention to detail, process orientation, and communication skills
Good to have:
HubSpot certifications in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Operations Hub
Familiarity with tools like Segment, Zapier, BrandVerity, or data enrichment APIs
Experience with RevOps functions in a SaaS or PLG environment
Understanding of GDPR and data privacy best practices for CRM systems
Previous involvement in CRM migrations or implementing cross-system integrations
Experience supporting international GTM efforts (multi-region lead routing, field mapping, etc.)
