We are looking for a data driven CRM and Martech expert to take ownership of a our customer data platform. As part of our dynamic Direct to Consumer marketing team, you will help us drive customer growth, boost engagement, and improve marketing performance across all channels.
About the Role:
As our CRM Data and Martech Manager, you’ll play a key role in leveraging customer data to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and automation programmes. You’ll be the go to expert for our customer data platform (Bloomreach) and take ownership of platform optimisation, data integration, and campaign effectiveness.
You’ll work closely with marketing and business stakeholders, combining technical know how with strategic thinking to build smart workflows, champion data quality, and deliver meaningful insights that drive decision making.
Experience with Bloomreach is a plus, but we also welcome applications from candidates with experience in similar CDPs or CRMs (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on CRM segmentation, campaign targeting, and automation workflows across the customer lifecycle.
- Act as a super user and owner of the Bloomreach platform, building strong relationships with the vendor and internal teams.
- Develop, execute and track multi channel CRM campaigns, driving automation and reducing manual effort.
- Produce performance reports and uncover insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Champion data quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, Consumer Duty).
- Work with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into smart data led strategies.
- Create a roadmap to shift towards 80% automated CRM activity.
- Foster a culture of high quality, error free communication, and service excellence.
- Line manage and develop a small team
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–6+ years of experience in CRM and data management, ideally in an omnichannel or digital business.
- Hands on experience with CDPs or CRMs (Bloomreach, Salesforce, or Adobe preferred).
- Strong analytical skills (SQL a bonus) and experience with campaign reporting and customer insights.
- A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute.
- Proven experience in managing data integration, data protection, and segmentation.
- Solid understanding of end to end email and digital marketing processes.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, data-obsessed problem-solver who thrives on improving systems and processes.
