About us: Apply Digital’s Marketing Services division is a rapidly expanding full-service Martech team with team members in the US, Europe, LATAM, and Asia. As a personalization agency, we bridge the gap between creative, marketing, and strategy. We specialize in cross-channel content strategy, creation, and distribution (email, paid social, push, SMS), and MarTech implementations. We work with 50+ clients, ranging in size from companies like YETI, Upside, and Nutrafol to established marquee brands like A+E Networks, Afterpay, and Stanley Black & Decker.

Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a variety of CRM marketing projects. You will leverage your background in digital agencies or consultancies to partner with clients on large-scale marketing initiatives, driving efficiency and strategic alignment across multi-functional teams (strategy, creative, email production).

LOCATION: The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that align with ET (Eastern Time Zone) or PT (Pacific Time Zone).

Candidates located in Santiago, Chile, are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile, will be fully remote employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a variety of CRM marketing projects from initiation to completion, coordinating and managing all aspects of project delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client and team stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, key milestones, and any changes in scope.
  • Work with key stakeholders to conduct project meetings with clear agendas and actionable outcomes to track work across various teams and facilitate communication and feedback routing.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
  • Track, manage & report on project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring efficient project delivery and partnering with internal teams to ensure sufficient resourcing and on-time delivery of assets.
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand platform capabilities and limitations relevant to marketing projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales or account management team to understand new project opportunities and client needs, providing input on project scope and feasibility.
  • Foster a one-team mindset, actively monitoring and reporting team morale, and demonstrating a people-person attitude that thrives in a team environment.

Minimum requirements to be considered:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate marketing concepts clearly and effectively.
  • 8+ years of demonstrated track record leading teams delivering end-to-end digital marketing solutions in an agency or professional services organization.
  • Previous experience in a project management role leading delivery teams in marketing technology and/or CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of marketing best practices and familiarity with marketing programs and methods, including marketing plans, strategic recommendations, A/B testing, execution, and reading results.
  • Knowledge of technical concepts and tools relevant to CRM marketing (ie. marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms, analytics tools, personalization engines, email production processes).
  • Experience working with enterprise-level companies.
  • Demonstrable critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and willingness to take on complex challenges.

The ideal candidate:

  • Platform experience with Iterable, Braze, Blueshift, Klaviyo, or Marketo.
  • Previous experience with email production.
  • Has superior written skills, epic organization, email etiquette, and communication skills.
  • Is a people person and has a good attitude, friendly, and thrives in a team environment.
  • Worked in an organization that has multiple teams and can communicate well cross-functionally.
  • Is a self-starter and motivated.
