Location & Remote Work
Our people team works on a “remote-first” model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using our offices in São Paulo or using our partners’ coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement initiatives that strengthen company culture and deeply connect employees to our core principles. This involves fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose among all Grupo QuintoAndar.
Develop and manage comprehensive recognition programs that celebrate both individual and team contributions, reinforcing our company culture and values.
Design and deliver exceptional employee experiences, cultivating a positive and thriving workplace culture, rooted in our leadership principles
Partner with teams across the organization to develop and execute company-wide culture-related programs that are seamlessly aligned with our mission, vision, and values.
Act as a strategic consultant on culture-related topics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance cultural alignment.
Develop and utilize metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of culture initiatives, providing data-driven insights to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement in employee engagement and overall culture.
Cultural Acumen: A proven track record of success in designing and implementing impactful culture and employee experience initiatives.
Analytical Thinker: Demonstrated analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving, enabling you to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and develop effective solutions.
Strategic Planning & Organization Skills: Ability to structure and lead projects efficiently.
Collaborative Spirit: A natural ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships in a diverse and dynamic environment.
Global Perspective: Advanced English and Spanish is desirable, reflecting our commitment to fostering a global and inclusive workplace.
