Job description

On behalf of our client, a globally recognized innovator in premium home technology solution, we are looking for a Polish Customer Support Representative. Our client designs and delivers high-performance products that improve everyday living in millions of households worldwide.

As part of their growing customer experience team, you will play a vital role in ensuring top-tier support for Polish-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and order-related inquiries.

  • Accurately log interactions and ensure follow-up is timely and effective.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge at all times.

  • Collaborate with international teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Fluency in Polish and good command of English(spoken and written).

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working with technology and remote tools.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

  • Salary: €1100/month & 14 salaries per month

  • Performance Bonus: Based on KPIs and customer satisfaction.
