Polish Customer Advisor

Job description

Are you a fluent Polish speaker? You can now work remotely as a Polish CS advisor for a multinational BPO company in Greece, where you will be able to explore Greece and work simultaneously!

Responsibilities

β€’ Management of incoming calls and email

β€’ Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

β€’ Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

β€’ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

β€’ Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas

β€’ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

β€’ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

β€’ Native / near native in Polish

β€’ Good command in English

β€’ Good MS Office skills

β€’ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

β€’ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

β€’ Excellent communication skills

β€’ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

β€’ Sales experience with ability to generate revenue with sales and upsell during interactions
