From assisting restaurant partners to ensuring timely deliveries for customers, you’ll be at the heart of every successful order - all while working remotely in Greece.
Daily responsibilities:
Handle inbound communication (calls, chats, and tickets) from restaurant partners and customers
Resolve issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, and platform use
Deliver empathetic and professional support across all service channels
Follow quality and response guidelines to ensure consistent service
Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-up
Support ad-hoc operational tasks as requested by the project
Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
Good command of English for internal communication
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Excellent communication and typing skills
Ability to multitask and navigate between digital platforms
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Ability to relocate to Greece
