We are looking for Japanese-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a leading global platform connecting buyers and sellers. Be part of a dynamic, international team in Lisbon that values empathy, problem-solving, and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Support customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair and efficient resolutions
Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and procedures
Handle customer queries with patience, professionalism, and empathy
Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Experts, etc.) to improve the overall Customer Experience
Identify opportunities for service improvement through customer feedback
Native or C1 level of Japanese
Advanced level of English
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or retail is a plus
Ability to multitask and switch between various communication channels
Team-player mindset and flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays
Availability to work 40 hours per week and commute to the Lisbon office at least 2 days per week
Permanent Contract (with a 6-month Probation Period).
A competitive Annual Gross Base Salary of 18.000β¬-23.000β¬ depending on your level, competencies, and overall experience.
