Review client requests and process them accurately.

Share insights and feedback with internal teams to optimize service.
Native-level Dutch and fluent English (B2)
Previous customer support experience is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player
High school diploma or vocational training completed
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
