Summary
The job involves being the 'face' of Local Splash as a Customer Service Agent, handling inbound calls and emails, account matters, data entry, daily operations, and proactive support. This is a remote full-time position from Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm (PST).
Requirements
- Type 30-50 WPM
- Sales experience/ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced computer skills

- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Attendance and Dependability: Employee can be depended on to report to work at the scheduled time and is seldom absent from work. Employee can be depended upon to complete work in a timely and accurate manner
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
