ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf ofΒ our client, one of the largest BPO companies, is looking for a German Speaking Customer Care Representative.

π Working Model: Remote or Hybrid in Greece
ποΈYou will be reporting to: Operations Manager.
What you will be doing:
Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Identify and assess customersβ needs to achieve satisfaction
Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
A C1/C2 level in German
Fluency in English
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
