Data Analyst / Data consultant

In your role as a Consultant at Capco, you play a key role in the delivery of projects and gain wider exposure to our wider Investment Banking business.
You will work closely with senior clients to deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading global banks.
Fitting that description, you will also need to be a supremely motivated person and able to work in a team where clients become colleagues too.
We are looking for talent with the following:
- Leverage your existing analytical skills and expertise to help clients meet their challenges
- Take part in strategic data transformation projects and value creation through use of data
- Enable data-driven decisions through advanced analytics, visualisation, quality data and dedicated datasets
- Engage data using analytical tools and languages to perform data manipulation and analysis
- Be involved with managing, cleansing, abstracting and aggregating data
- Support the importance of data processes, data integrity and cleanliness, and the strategic use of data
- Work with or act as project manager to scope and analyse the area of analysis
Skills & expertise:
- Professional experience of minimum 2 years in a data related position, with a preference for roles within the energy industry (or financial / banking) or a consultancy firm
- Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field
- Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of SQL, Python and preferably one visualisation tool (Tableau, PowerBI…)
- Being able to work and liaise with various stakeholders, ranging from business to technical stakeholders
- You are a creative problem solver with a hands-on approach
- Fluency in French or Dutch AND excellent knowledge of English
