As we’re scaling the company, we’re looking for a person who is detail-oriented, can manage
high volumes of work, and can adapt to changes quickly. This individual will need to be able to
understand the needs of the business, while also upholding booking and Company policies.
Key Responsibilities
●Review all Sales deals to ensure completeness and accuracy before booking
●Take ownership of the 3rd party DocuSign process to validate customer-initiated signature requests
●Become a subject matter expert on the bookings and contracting process; able to provide guidance to Sales and Customer Success representatives on errors or corrections that are needed prior to booking
●Work with others within the Deal Desk organization and the Enterprise Applications (IT) team to identify gaps in the current process and offer ideas on process and system improvement
●Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across GTM, Finance, and Legal to ensure a smooth sales and quote-to-cash process
●Document order management processes, including on-going maintenance of the Order Management Check List
●Communicate effectively and thoroughly with other members of the Deal Desk team across regions to ensure consistency and fluidity of the sales cycle
●Assist with training any new team members as the team grows
Qualifications
●4-year BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
●2+ Years of experience in an Order Management or Revenue Operations role
●2+ Years of SaaS/Software/Tech experience preferred
●Experience with SFDC CRM, sales processes and related tools in the quote to close process preferred
●Experience with CPQ preferred
●Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and communicate with remote teams
●Exhibits organization and project management skills
●Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
●Strong verbal and written communication skills
●Experience working cross-functionally with multiple key stakeholders.
●Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
Must haves:
Ideal:
Salesforce experience required - need to know how to feel their way around Salesforce
CPQ – specifically account pages, opportunities and quotes
Experience with and a general understanding of the contract lifecycle and good understanding of
Order Management functions
Someone who’s has audit experience and prior experience in processing orders
Experience in a high volume environment during peak work periods
Willingness to be flexible during high volume work periods
