About the Role:
Join Consensus as our Digital Growth Manager! In this newly created role, you’ll be pivotal in driving our online brand and growth, boosting website conversions, and ensuring Consensus maintains and grows our position as the category leader. This role has deep ownership for our front door in how prospects and customers learn about Consensus and engage with our brand. This includes creative messaging, managing web development with agencies, leading conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts, and spearheading our SEO and LLM content surfacing strategies. We’re looking for an innovative creative, data-driven, strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep passion for driving meaningful results.
What You’ll Do:
●Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
○Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy based on data analysis, user behavior insights, and industry best practices.
○Plan and prioritize A/B tests and multivariate tests across key website pages and user flows.
●Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
○Develop and implement a holistic SEO strategy to improve organic visibility, traffic, and rankings.
○Conduct keyword research and technical audits on an ongoing basis.
○Collaborate with the team on content planning and optimization strategies.
●Large Language Model (LLM) Impact:
○Work with the rest of the team to optimize content for LLM surfacing.
○Develop LLM content guidelines and best practices for all content creators, and implement across the core pages of the site.
●Website Project Management and Ownership:
○Implement web messaging that is bold and compels action, with a bias for constant improvement.
○Manage agency relationship for website development projects, and prioritize all projects to ensure impact.
○Conduct QA and testing to ensure website functionality and performance.
●Performance Tracking and Reporting:
○Establish clear KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor the performance of the website overall, CRO, SEO, and LLM initiatives.
○Analyze all search, traffic, and conversion data to identify trends and opportunities.
○Track the impact of all initiatives and regularly communicate the progress.
What We’re Looking For:
●3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.
●Proven track record of successfully managing website development projects with external agencies.
●Demonstrable experience in planning, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests for CRO. (Familiarity with tools like VWO a plus)
●Strong understanding of SEO principles, best practices, and current trends.
●Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
●Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Data Studio).
●Strong understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) process and surface information, and experience or a keen interest in optimizing content for LLM discoverability.
●Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
●Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
●Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
●Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$120,000 - $130,000 a year
Compensation is anticipated to be between $120,000 - $130,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
