We need an English-fluent Digital Marketing & AI Associate, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who’s constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy across LinkedIn, Substack, and the company website.
  • Conduct audience and industry research to identify relevant themes and content angles tied to.
  • Manage a content calendar and support the creation of diverse content formats (blogs, infographics, newsletters, short-form video, etc.).
  • Automate and streamline content publishing and performance tracking workflows.
  • Identify and pitch relevant publications (e.g., Forbes, VentureBeat) for guest content or syndication.
  • Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Substack metrics, and LinkedIn analytics.
  • Research and identify potential collaboration partners (e.g., Patika Dev, Miami AI Hub, Women in Product, AI Accelerator Institute).
  • Identify and recommend relevant conferences, panels, and speaking opportunities.
  • Support outreach to key organizations and build a relationship pipeline.
  • Help establish and manage a lightweight CRM or lead tracking system.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients and track lead engagement.
  • Follow up on leads, analyze results, and recommend strategies for conversion and growth.
  • Support student acquisition for online courses through content and outreach.
  • Help manage the course calendar and content schedule.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or growth roles (preferably in tech, education, or AI-related industries).
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp/Substack, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw insights from campaign and engagement data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience or strong interest in AI and emerging technologies, and how they can shape marketing or leadership strategies.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
