About the role
We are working on a dynamic mix of innovative projects — from building secure authentication systems using Auth0, to transforming communication through ChatAI and VoiceAI with offering smooth appointment booking experiences, and building notification service that integrates with Marketing Cloud.
We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer who enjoys working on integrations, solving challenging problems, and believes in strong teamwork and collaboration.
Job Description
- Design, develop, and manage integrations across customer-facing systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to build secure and scalable solutions.
- Own integration lifecycles end-to-end — from implementation to monitoring and support.
- Deeply understand third-party vendors and platforms to ensure effective use and timely upgrades.
- Identify and resolve technical gaps while driving continuous system improvements. Write clean, testable, and maintainable code using industry best practices.
- Contribute to sprint planning, code reviews, and cross-team knowledge sharing.
- Foster a team culture built on trust, respect, and collaboration.
Tech Stack: Typescript, Node.js, Apache Kafka, DynamoDB, Serverless (AWS Lambda), Jest, Auth0, Twilio and comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience with integration-heavy projects and vendor collaboration.
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) and associated backend technologies.
- Strong API development skills, including RESTful services, schema-first design, Graphql, webhooks, and Auth (Auth0, JWT).
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS cloud services, particularly IAM, Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS, and SSM.
