Our client is a UK-headquartered leader in recruitment fintech, providing innovative products and services for the Recruitment, Payroll, and Finance sectors. The company specializes in creating software solutions that streamline recruitment operations and optimize payroll management to help keep the UK’s 1.5 million temporary workers paid.

As the company continues to scale, they are expanding their team in the Philippines across all departments, including their Commercial team to support their ambitious strategy of becoming the go-to ecosystem for recruitment businesses.

Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

As the Marketing Executive, creativity and strong writing skills are essential for producing engaging content that resonates with the target audience. This includes writing compelling SEO-focused content, crafting engaging social media updates, and reporting on the full marketing mix. The interplay of creativity, analytical skills, and an interest in marketing trends empowers the Marketing Executive to take a data-driven approach that effectively engages the target audience and promote brand growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

What you’ll be doing: You’ll be working across a range of channels to help execute and report on our marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with our Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies that deliver our objectives.
  • Supporting content calendar creation and distribution for all our channels including topic ideation, writing creative briefs for the Design team and proposing accompanying copy. Channels include website, blog, social media, email, ads and sales collateral.
  • Analysis and ongoing optimisation of campaigns.
  • Conducting research into industry trends, potential partners, and competitors.
  • Delivering cross-department marketing support, including sales, product, design and customer success.
  • Supporting with online and offline event planning.
  • Maintaining brand consistency throughout all messaging and visual media.
  • Reporting on campaign performance to our Marketing Manager through weekly check-ins and a monthly marketing report.
  • As a growing business, you’ll work on varied tasks, but we’re keen to hear more about your future ambitions to grow within the company and any specialisms you’d like to develop.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Must-have Skills/Qualification:

Essential skills and experience: You have a strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.

  • You can create optimised copy for a range of channels.
  • You understand how to leverage AI to streamline work without overreliance, with an ability to craft human-centred copy.
  • You have a passion for social media marketing and understand how to get the best from each channel.
  • You take an active interest in the latest marketing trends and campaigns.
  • You hold yourself to a high standard and take pride in producing quality work.
  • Ability to analyse data and create recommendations and reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The confidence to ask questions where clarity Is needed.
  • The willingness to learn and ability to adapt your marketing skillset to the needs of a niche B2B industry.
  • Regular and timely communication with your line manager.
  • Ability to work independently, taking briefs from your line manager and consistently outputting high quality and high volume of work.

While not essential, we’d love to hear about any experience you have in:

  • The recruitment, finance, or tech industry.
  • Google Search Console / Google Analytics experience, and other marketing tools that aren’t listed above e.g. reporting, AI/automation.
  • Video editing and creation.

Design (we have in-house designers to create any visual output).

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 3PM to 12AM Manila time
