Summary
The job involves developing and implementing digital strategies to drive customer acquisition, identifying key metrics and delivering insights on marketing performance, and optimizing marketing experiments. The candidate is expected to have at least 4-6 years of experience with various marketing channels, strong analytical skills, and be an excellent communicator.
Requirements
- At least 4-6 years of experience with a wide range of marketing channels (e.g., paid search, social, SEO, content, affiliates)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; proficiency with Mixpanel, GA, SQL and other relevant tools
- Strong operating and leadership skills; equally comfortable being in the weeds and leading internal and external teams
- An excellent communicator; experience with media / PR is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital strategies to drive customer acquisition (including content marketing, email marketing, channel strategies, etc)
- Identify key metrics across the funnel and deliver actionable insights on marketing performance and contribution to pipeline
- Develop a data-driven approach to prioritize, test, evaluate, and optimize marketing experiments to acquire new customers
- Manage marketing budget, including in-house and agency spend
- Deployment of marketing automation technologies to support lead gen
- Partner with individuals and teams across the company to assist in building and running campaigns
- Oversee all continued optimization for website, funnel related activity, and all digital marketing efforts (e.g. Adwords, retargeting)
