Role Overview
The Sales and Marketing Lead is responsible for driving ZigZagβs client acquisition and brand growth through innovative sales strategies, digital marketing, and performance-based lead generation. This role will lead the development and execution of campaigns, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure sustainable revenue growth in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets for ZigZagβs services.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, social media, and content marketing.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a high-performing sales ambassador/referral network, leveraging performance-based incentives.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., leads generated, conversion rates, revenue growth).
- Collaborate with leadership to refine value propositions and go-to-market plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, creative) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ yearsβ experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in BPO, outsourcing, or professional services.
- Proven track record in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and using CRM tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Experience with performance-based sales models and referral/ambassador programs is a plus.
