With a focus on quality, safety, and innovation, they are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist & CRM Support who can drive marketing execution, manage CRM data, and provide insights that align with business development goals.
Job Responsibilities:
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution and has hands-on experience in Zoho CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Administer and maintain Zoho CRM (act as the system superuser)
Conduct market and lead research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Create and manage engaging blog and social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google)
Coordinate marketing plans and align strategies with the sales team
Maintain website content (directly or via third parties)
Track and analyse engagement, SEO performance, and campaign outcomes
Provide ongoing marketing and CRM support to the National Support and Sales Managers
Attend virtual meetings with sales and support teams to align efforts
1β3 yearsβ experience in marketing, digital, or CRM support
Must have a Zoho CRM experience
Must be proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Background in managing content calendars, social media, and email marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid grasp of Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently
Tertiary education in Business, Marketing, or IT preferred
