Our client is a nationally recognised hygiene and cleaning services provider supporting food-related businesses across Australia.

With a focus on quality, safety, and innovation, they are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist & CRM Support who can drive marketing execution, manage CRM data, and provide insights that align with business development goals.

Job Responsibilities:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution and has hands-on experience in Zoho CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Administer and maintain Zoho CRM (act as the system superuser)

  • Conduct market and lead research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Create and manage engaging blog and social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google)

  • Coordinate marketing plans and align strategies with the sales team

  • Maintain website content (directly or via third parties)

  • Track and analyse engagement, SEO performance, and campaign outcomes

  • Provide ongoing marketing and CRM support to the National Support and Sales Managers

  • Attend virtual meetings with sales and support teams to align efforts

  • 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, digital, or CRM support

  • Must have a Zoho CRM experience

  • Must be proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Background in managing content calendars, social media, and email marketing

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid grasp of Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently

  • Tertiary education in Business, Marketing, or IT preferred

  • ​Permanent work-from-home set-up

  • Dayshift (Australian business hours)

  • Full Time

  • Annual leave

  • Christmas Bonus equivalent to 1 month’s wage (pro-rata)
