A high-growth healthcare company is looking for a Director of Clinical Compliance & Training. If you’ve led clinical QA, built training from scratch, and know CMS regs like the back of your hand — keep reading.
What you’ll own:
Run quality audits across a national clinical network
Design and manage SOPs for all clinical workflows
Build onboarding and ongoing training for clinical staff
Track documentation errors, identify gaps, and fix them
Lead a team of clinical trainers and QA auditors
Keep us compliant with CMS, Joint Commission, and state rules
Analyze training impact and make it better — constantly
Partner with ops, coding, HR, and IT to stay aligned
What’s required:
Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Admin
Active RN license
7–10 years in healthcare, 5+ in training or compliance leadership
Experience with HEDIS, HCC, and clinical documentation programs
You’ve managed teams
You’ve built things — not just maintained them
CHC, CHPC, CCS, or CPC preferred
Remote role. U.S. based.
