Logistics & Routing Coordinator – Keep U.S. Field Teams on Track
We’re hiring Logistics & Routing Coordinators to handle daily travel routing, provider schedules, and field operations across 40+ U.S. states. What you’ll do:
Provider & Routing Coordination
Assign travel and in-home visits to providers across multiple states
Build smart, efficient itineraries for Medical Assistants
Create daily call lists and route plans
Keep provider schedules organized and optimized
Act as the main point of contact between leadership and field teams
Monitor & Optimize
Watch provider capacity and service demand daily
Track key routing and delivery performance metrics
Flag problems before they slow things down
Send weekly reports on efficiency and resource use
Support the Field
Stay in regular contact with providers in the field
Help solve daily issues fast—before they grow
Make sure teams have what they need, when they need it
Keep provider satisfaction high with clear, direct support
Schedule Like a Pro
Use tools like eSpatial to plan efficient travel routes
Handle scheduling across multiple U.S. time zones
Focus on route efficiency across neighboring counties
Adjust on the fly based on demand, geography, or last-minute changes
Contact Center Coordination
Keep scheduling tight between contact center and field teams
Handle conflicts or urgent changes in real time
Make fast, smart decisions to keep everything moving
What you need:
2–3 years of experience in logistics, ops, or coordination
Strong with data, maps, and time zone management
Experience using routing software (bonus if you’ve used eSpacial)
Clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset
Able to manage heavy workloads without missing the details
Bonus points if you have:
Background in healthcare or field services
Contact center experience
Logistics or supply chain certification
Advanced Excel or database skills
