What we’re looking for

The Global Delivery Director at Massive Rocket is the mastermind behind our global impact, shaping the future of data and CRM for a worldwide audience.

Imagine crafting the vision for how we tackle complex client challenges. You’ll lead a high-performing team of experts, strategically matching their talents to projects that ignite innovation and propel client success. As a visionary leader, you’ll guide Practice Directors, ensuring every team aligns with Massive Rocket’s global mission for excellence.

Your influence extends far and wide. You’ll collaborate with our sales and marketing teams, showcasing Massive Rocket’s prowess to secure new partnerships and propel our growth. With a deep well of expertise, you’ll become a trusted advisor to key clients, ensuring their journey with Massive Rocket is a launchpad for success. This leadership role is your chance to orchestrate a global symphony of talent, driving exceptional results for every client and partner we touch.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership of Global Delivery Operations - Provide visionary leadership to standardize and enhance delivery methodologies across practices, fostering a culture of high performance, quality, and excellence.

• Supply & Demand Matching - Understand new and existing projects. Match them with the appropriate mix of existing and new talent for successful delivery, growth, team development, client satisfaction and profitability.

• Client Satisfaction and Relationship Management - Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction across all engagements. Serve as an escalation point for key client issues. Serve as an executive sponsor on key projects / at key clients. Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader to key clients.

• Service Delivery, Quality Assurance, Operational Excellence and Efficiency - Achieve overall practice financial budgets. Drive operational improvements and efficiencies within project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Examples may include the implementation of: Quality control processes, Project checklists, Standardised templates, Documentation, …

• Business Development and Marketing Collaboration - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote Massive Rocket’s services, capabilities, and successes across all practices. Engage in strategic business development activities to identify and secure new client relationships and projects.

• Team Management, Development & Coaching - Building the team, managing tracking and reporting of performance to uphold team accountability and promote quality of service.

Location: Remote in Mexico, Brazil or potentially other LATAM countries

Reporting to: CEO

Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.

• +10 years in digital solution management, preferably in consulting or agency settings

• +5 years within the same agency building out the delivery practice through the growth stages

• Building and managing a services delivery team of 80 to 200 people in an agency / service delivery environment.

• Track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.

• Deep knowledge of digital landscape, trends, and best practices.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Exceptional leadership, management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, etc.).

• Experience with global clients and teams, adaptable to diverse cultures and time zones.

• Willingness to travel as needed for projects and clients.
