Job Title: Director of Delivery – Public Sector SaaS Implementation
Location: Remote with occasional onsite travel
Type: Full-Time
Reports To: CEO
Role Summary
The Director of Delivery oversees all implementation projects for LNB Solutions’ government SaaS platform. This role ensures milestone adherence, resource alignment, customer satisfaction, and delivery consistency across all active implementations. The Director is responsible for supporting project managers, standardizing best practices, resolving escalations, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the work of Lead PMs, Support PMs, Trainers, and QA staff across multiple projects
Ensure alignment to SOWs, milestone billing requirements, and delivery best practices
Serve as escalation point for project delays, staffing conflicts, or customer concerns
Establish and maintain a scalable PM playbook and delivery governance framework
Oversee project planning, resource forecasting, and go-live alignment across localities
Maintain delivery dashboards, reporting, and weekly internal delivery reviews
Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams during pre-implementation and post-go-live phases
Support hiring, mentoring, and development of PM and delivery team members
Conduct periodic reviews of project health, backlog risk, and enhancement handling
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 3 years overseeing teams
Experience leading public-sector or Salesforce-based implementation portfolios
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with proven team-building experience
Familiarity with Agile and milestone-based delivery methodologies
Excellent executive communication, problem-solving, and planning skills
PMP or relevant portfolio management certifications strongly preferred
Willingness to travel onsite for executive meetings or escalation resolution as needed
