Role Summary
The Quality Assurance & Testing Lead oversees testing strategy, execution, and coordination across all phases of implementation and support. This role ensures structured regression cycles, clear documentation of test results, and strong support during customer UAT and post-go-live deployments. They serve as a key quality gatekeeper across implementation, enhancement, and defect resolution cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead internal QA testing cycles across multiple projects, including regression, enhancement, and defect verification
Partner with Support PMs to prepare UAT timelines, scripts, and tester assignments
Maintain and continuously improve regression test libraries mapped to Jira tickets and user stories
Own setup and maintenance of test runs in the Salesforce Testing App, and status coordination in Monday UAT boards
Support post-go-live QA for hotfixes, enhancements, and patch deployments
Validate defect resolution and partner with the Product Owner to triage enhancement requests vs. bugs
Document test failures clearly and ensure reproducibility by QA engineers or developers
Train offshore testers on test standards and monitor execution quality
Partner with Product Owner to flag enhancements that surface during testing
Qualifications
3+ years QA experience in SaaS or Salesforce-based applications
Strong familiarity with Jira, test case management tools, and structured QA methodologies
Experience supporting UAT coordination in public-sector or regulated environments
Ability to translate user stories and business requirements into actionable test plans
Excellent written documentation and QA reporting skills
Experience mentoring QA testers and managing offshore coordination a plus
