Who you are:

  • Required: 7+ years of progressive Sales Operations experience in a SaaS environment, including significant time in a leadership or senior role.
  • Expertise in the full revenue lifecycle, from lead generation and pipeline management through to post-sale processes and renewals.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, adept at transforming complex data into actionable strategies and insights.
  • Proficient with Salesforce and other Sales Operations tools, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and performance.
  • Proven ability to establish and optimize sales cadences and pipeline management, driving accountability, consistency, and accurate forecasting.
  • Exceptional communicator, capable of effectively aligning sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and scale-oriented, with a strong desire to improve systems and processes to accelerate sales performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing key sales metrics across Customer Success, Bookings, and Renewals.

  • Deep understanding of the revenue lifecycle: You have a strong grasp of the entire sales process, from lead generation all the way through to closed deals and beyond.
  • Data-driven decision-maker: You’re not just good with numbers; you know how to dig into data, extract meaningful insights, and use them to drive strategy and optimize performance.
  • Exceptional communicator: You can clearly articulate complex information to diverse audiences, from the sales team to executive leadership, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
  • Proven cadence management: You’re skilled at establishing and overseeing weekly sales cadences, ensuring consistency, accountability, and efficiency across the team.
  • Strategic pipeline oversight: You’ll be responsible for meticulously monitoring and optimizing pipeline coverage, analyzing it by stages, dates, and other critical metrics to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Growth-oriented mindset: You’re excited to play a pivotal role in scaling our company, actively contributing to and driving our growth initiatives.
  • Analytical prowess: You possess a sharp, analytical mind, capable of dissecting problems, identifying trends, and proposing data-backed solutions.
  • Comprehensive oversight of key metrics: You’ll preside over critical indicators like Customer Success (CS), Bookings, and Renewals, ensuring alignment and strong performance across these areas.
  • Driving sales acceleration: You’re passionate about moving sales forward, identifying bottlenecks, implementing improvements, and empowering the sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
