LastPass is looking for a Director, Product Management:

Join LastPass as a strategic product leader driving innovation for our Business customers and Partner ecosystem. Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll own the Teams and Business admin experience and lead the evolution of our Partner & MSP platform—key drivers of revenue, retention, and growth.

You’ll shape the multi-year product vision, collaborate across teams, and deliver intuitive, high-impact solutions that empower IT admins and partners alike.

Who will you work with?

As a key member of the product leadership team, you’ll collaborate across engineering, design, channel sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to drive business impact and customer satisfaction. You’ll also mentor product managers and help grow a high-performing team.

You’ll work closely with executives and stakeholders to align product strategy with company vision—translating big ideas into measurable outcomes.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Partner with executives to turn business goals into a scalable ecosystem strategy that drives partner acquisition and expansion
  • Define and evolve the LastPass Business roadmap, focusing on admin engagement, revenue growth across Teams and Business, and expansion of MSP, reseller, and distributor channels
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, aligning their work to key company outcomes
  • Collaborate with engineering to plan next-gen admin services and APIs that power our partner ecosystem
  • Continuously improve the admin journey through new console capabilities, experimentation, and user experience enhancements
  • Establish and track north star metrics for customer satisfaction and ecosystem growth

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on B2B SaaS and admin-centric platforms
  • Track record of leading business-critical services and delivering value at scale
  • Expertise in building and managing complex, multi-phase roadmaps with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration with engineering teams—translating vision into clear priorities and outcomes
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional influencer with a passion for teamwork
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Deep understanding of admin workflows, developer integrations, and MSP/partner ecosystems
  • Knowledge of APIs, identity management, and modern security standards
  • Experience enabling MSPs and distributors to successfully resell and support your products

It’s great, but not required:

  • Background in computer science, product development or equivalent engineering
  • Background in cybersecurity
  • Background in identity and access management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

US Pay Range

$200,000—$250,000 USD
