LastPass is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Commerce

LastPass is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Commerce & FinTech Systems Team. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and optimization of every purchase, upgrade and renewal flow—putting your customer journey hat on to make buying LastPass seamless for our omni-channel customer-base. You’ll turn checkout into a growth engine, driving measurable ARR while keeping security and customer trust at our core.

Who will you work with?

You will partner with Growth Marketing, Web Ops, Engineering, UX, RevOps, Finance and Care to shine a light on the key outcomes that fuel revenue, eliminate friction and delight customers. Remote first, you will work with globally distributed teams.

Please note: While this position is remote, we prefer candidates who can work EST or CST hours to ensure alignment with business needs.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Set and own the commerce roadmap—balancing high-impact quick wins in current eco-system with the long-term tech-stack system build.
  • Lead cross-functional resources to ship secure, high-performance checkout experiences that scale globally.
  • Drive experimentation & monetization—run a robust A/B pipeline, personalization tests and funnel analytics to lift conversion, trial-to-paid and payment-success rates.
  • Steward catalog, pricing & packaging in Zuora, to translate business goals into a product-led growth strategy that will propel the company well into the future.
  • Own commerce KPIs—CVR, AOV, payment success, ARR uplift—and translate insights into action plans.
  • Collaborate with the Commerce & FinTech PMs/POs, foster a culture of continuous improvement enabling rapid go-to-market launches.
  • Continuously assess market trends and emerging payment technologies to keep LastPass at the forefront of digital commerce innovation.

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Product management experience in SaaS, subscription e-commerce or fintech, owning high-traffic checkout/billing flows with proven revenue impact.
  • Hands-on expertise with Zuora billing (or similar), payment gateways (e.g. CyberSource), and payment optimization strategies.
  • Demonstrated mastery of A/B testing.
  • Track record of working with Agile teams, crafting crisp epics & user stories, and shipping securely in regulated environments.
  • Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder-management skills; comfort presenting KPIs and trade-offs to the C-suite.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams on priorities and deliverables.
  • Proven ability to drive automation and process improvement within billing and revenue systems to support scalability and digital transformation.

It’s great, but not required:

  • Background in computer science, product development or equivalent SaaS delivery.
  • Previous experience at companies known for exceptional product-led growth.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

US Pay Range

$115,000—$140,000 USD
