Are you a Dutch speaker with a passion for technology and customer care? Become a Customer Success Advisor for one of the world’s most innovative tech companies!

This role focuses on after-sales support and customer experience. You’ll help clients solve technical issues, guide them through their digital journey, and ensure their satisfaction long after purchase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-level after-sales support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.

  • Assist with troubleshooting, software navigation, and security settings.

  • Handle Apple ID, password recovery, and account management requests.

  • Advise customers on optimizing their devices and services.

  • Ensure a high-quality customer journey by resolving issues efficiently.

  • Collaborate with technical teams when needed to ensure case resolution.

  • Native or near-native Dutch speaker with fluent English (B2+).

  • Customer support or tech support experience is preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in technology.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Flexible with schedules (shifts may include evenings/weekends).
