This role focuses on after-sales support and customer experience. Youβll help clients solve technical issues, guide them through their digital journey, and ensure their satisfaction long after purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-level after-sales support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email. 
- Assist with troubleshooting, software navigation, and security settings. 
- Handle Apple ID, password recovery, and account management requests. 
- Advise customers on optimizing their devices and services. 
- Ensure a high-quality customer journey by resolving issues efficiently. 
- Collaborate with technical teams when needed to ensure case resolution. 
- Native or near-native Dutch speaker with fluent English (B2+). 
- Customer support or tech support experience is preferred. 
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in technology. 
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. 
- Flexible with schedules (shifts may include evenings/weekends).
