Have experience adapting campaigns for new verticals like dental practices or similar niches? We’re expanding into new markets, and your ability to adjust tone, messaging, and sequencing—using AI and data-driven insight—will be key.
We’re seeking a high-performing Email Marketing Manager to own and scale our email marketing engine. This is not about sending out newsletters — it’s about building segmented, automated, and performance-optimized campaigns for our weekly webinars that drive attendance, book appointments, and generate revenue. You’ll lead the email function end-to-end, from strategy and content to execution and analytics.
In this role, you will:
📧 Own the email marketing program end-to-end, from execution to copy.
🧠 Build and manage segmented campaigns that convert cold leads into warm bookings
✍️ Write and design high-converting emails, nurture sequences, and promos
📊 Use data to segment lists and personalize messaging
🔬 Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and more
📈 Track metrics like open rates, CTR, bookings, and revenue — and improve them
📥 Keep lists clean and deliverability strong with smart hygiene practices
🛠️ Build automations and workflows in CRMs like GoHighLevel
🕖 This is a full-time role with a 7am SAST start time (6am SAST preferred).
To excel in this role, you need:
✅ 3-5 years experience with email marketing strategy and automation tools
✅ Strong direct response copywriting skills
✅ Proficient using AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Copy.ai for copywriting
✅ Capable of building full-funnel journeys - from lead to customer
✅ Confident in interpreting analytics and optimizing campaigns
✅ Comfortable working fast and adapting quickly
✅ Consistent with brand voice and tone across all touchpoints
✅ Skilled at writing for real people - clear, customer-first messaging
✅ Knowledgeable about GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email compliance best practices
Brownie points for:
⭐ Experience working with service-based businesses (e.g. dental, medical, legal, consulting)
⭐ Portfolio of high-performing email sequences, especially promos or nurture campaigns
