We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who’s a strong technical implementer and confident communicator. You should be someone who’s naturally analytical, always up for solving problems, and experienced in executing SEO strategies that drive real results.
Your job will be to support our SEO strategists and help clients get better visibility and more leads through organic search. You’ll work across different industries (including senior living) and tackle both technical SEO and digital PR.

In this role, you will:
🔍 Implement SEO strategies as directed by the in-house team
🔑 Perform comprehensive keyword research and SEO audits
🛠️ Execute technical SEO improvements on client websites
🔗 Develop and maintain effective backlinking and digital PR strategies
📊 Set up conversion tracking & monitor website performance
📝 Perform on-page SEO optimizations
📈 Create regular performance reports for clients and internal teams
🧠 Stay current with SEO best practices and algorithm updates
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time contract role with flexible hours, but availability for collaboration and meetings is expected between 9 AM - 4 PM EST.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
✅ 3+ years SEO experience
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
✅ Excellent English writing and speaking skills
✅ Strong familiarity with WordPress backend and content management
✅ Demonstrated experience in backlinking and digital PR (crucial)
✅ Strong knowledge of technical SEO implementation
✅ Experience with SEO tools: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEMRush, ScreamingFrog, Google Search Console, or similar tools
✅ Advanced understanding of foundational SEO and keyword research
✅ Proficiency in web analytics and performance tracking
✅ Ability to work independently and remotely
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Brownie points for:
⭐ SEO or related field certifications are a plus
⭐ Experience with HubSpot, Webflow, or Shopify platforms
