We’re looking for a PPC Specialist who’s experienced, resourceful, and comfortable working with small budgets and tight targeting. You’ll support our internal strategists by taking ownership of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting - helping us onboard new clients smoothly, improve results, and give our team more time to focus on strategy.

In this role, you will:
🎯 Develop and execute PPC strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social media platforms
🔍 Conduct keyword research and campaign analysis
✍️ Write effective ad copy and help improve landing page performance
📈 Manage bidding strategies and optimize budget utilization
📊 Monitor campaign results and generate reports with insights
🤝 Collaborate with our SEO, content, and social media teams to ensure alignment
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time contract role with flexible hours, but availability for collaboration and meetings is expected between 9 AM - 4 PM EST.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
✅ Strong English verbal and written communication
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
✅ 3+ years managing PPC campaigns
✅ Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications
✅ Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools
✅ A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experience
✅ Strong analytical and time management skills
Brownie points for:
🌟 Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
🌟 Experience using GA4 and Looker Studio
🌟 Understanding of SEO and how it works alongside PPC
You’re someone who loves digging into data, solving problems, and finding ways to improve. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and stay organized even when juggling multiple campaigns. You’re curious, open to feedback, and thrive in a team that values empathy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
