Summary
Tembo is a fintech startup that helps families unlock money from their properties to help the next generation buy homes. They are looking for an experienced Rubyist to join as Tech Lead to develop features, champion best practices, identify and resolve performance issues, and shape development processes. The salary range is £80k-£90k with a generous options package, 25 days holiday, remote or London office work, flexible hours, conference/training budget, high spec setup, and experience in a growing startup.

5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
Responsibilities
- Developing features & functionality as we move beyond MVP
- Championing best practices across the codebase
- Identifying & resolving performance issues and bugs
- Pivotal in the technical design & architecture of the platform
- Helping shape development processes as we scale the team
- Building an open, collaborative team culture
- Coaching and supporting new developers
