The role involves leading the customer journey, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving use case expansion, managing customer feedback, and being the face of Regrello to customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting or customer success with a well-known enterprise SaaS solution
- Experience working with and presenting to senior management/executives at clients
- Experience working with a complex business application (ERP and/or MRP preferred)
- Strong project management skills tuned to managing scope and schedule, providing well-crafted status reports and driving accountability
- Familiarity with common customer success strategies to drive onboarding and adoption
- Desire to wear multiple hats and be agile and flexible as we grow from startup to scale-up
- A customer-centric approach to problem solving
- A deep curiosity and passion for learning and leveraging AI technologies
- Confidence in challenging conventions and an independent self-manager
Responsibilities
- Own the success of our largest customers and business units in the region
- Lead all aspects of the customer journey including onboarding, training, adoption and value realization
- Be the expert on both the solution and implementation best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to orchestrate high adoption and customer satisfaction
- Drive use case expansion and advocacy within our customer base
- Manage and triage customer feedback and issues
