We also provide smart patient engagement solutions for automated pre- and post-visit tasks, such as reminders, eligibility checks, payments, and reputation management. For clinical and operational efficiency, we offer AI voice and messaging to handle calls faster, plus documentation tools like AI notes and chart preparation. Our platform integrates with existing EHR systems.\n\nWe work with health systems, medical groups, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care and ER networks, and specialty practices. So far, our platform has engaged 19.8 million patients and supported over 35,000 clinicians across 35 states.
