Key Responsibilities 📝
As our Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in refining and scaling our finance operations. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders, external auditors, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and strategic insights across our financial processes.
- Assist in preparation Group management accounts.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Support the annual audit process, prepare supporting documentation and respond to external auditor queries.
- Oversee billing process for all revenue and debtors
- Drive the process and systems improvement projects, especially within NetSuite and NSPB.
- Perform the final review on the accuracy of all postings across all ledgers in the group.
- Work closely with the NetSuite Administrator to improve the use and reporting capabilities of the ERP.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a qualified and proactive Finance Manager to help scale and refine our financial operations as the business grows.
Essential
- CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualified Accountant.
- Experience in monthly reconciliations.
- Experience within payments / billing.
- Group management accounts preparation, including intercompany accounting.
- Organised and works well to tight deadlines.
Desirable
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable experience.
- NetSuite experience.
THE TEAM
This role sits within a close knit group of experienced finance professionals working predominantly within the UK. We meet up a few times a year for social events but tend to work mostly remotely so support via Zoom is hugely important to us - we are in contact with each other daily!

Stage 4: Zoom Interview with a member of the Finance Team (optional)
We always aim to stick to the above process; however, there may be occasions when an additional interview stage is required for us to be sure that we are hiring the right person!
