The Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded and growth-driven Account Manager - Global Strategic Brands (GSB) to join our UK team at Form3. This is a critical role focused on owning and expanding mid-tier Fintech, PSP’s and Financial Institution accounts across the UK, driving new business opportunities, and building long-lasting client relationships.
As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you’ll have the opportunity to own the full sales lifecycle – from prospecting and business development to ongoing account growth and customer success. You’ll be supported by industry experts and work in a fast-paced fintech environment where innovation, agility and curiosity are valued.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and manage a portfolio of mid-tier Fintech, PSP’s and Financial Institution accounts in the UK, developing deep, strategic relationships
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with product and delivery teams to tailor solutions
Actively prospect and engage new customers, using a consultative approach to uncover pain points and position Form3’s value
Develop and execute account plans and calling strategies that align to customer and Form3 growth objectives
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, tracking activities and progress within CRM systems and reporting regularly to senior stakeholders
Contribute to compelling financial and market analysis to support commercial proposals and product positioning
Support client onboarding and ensure smooth post-sale transition in collaboration with delivery and support teams
Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes in the UK fintech landscape to shape sales conversations and strategy
What We’re Looking For
✅ Essential
3–4 years of account management experience, within B2B fintech, SaaS, or financial technology
Experience working with enterprise customers, long sales cycles and complex contractual arrangements.
Experience working with or selling to mid-large sized banks, fintechs or regulated financial institutions
Strong experience building and managing client relationships, with a focus on growth and retention
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills across a range of seniority levels
Proven ability to manage a commercial sales pipeline and work cross-functionally with internal teams
Track record of collaborating with both clients and internal teams to deliver value
Passion for fintech and a desire to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment
🌟 Desirable
Previous experience in business development or SDR roles (inbound or outbound)
Background in a fintech scale-up or high-growth B2B tech company
Understanding of the UK payments ecosystem, banking infrastructure, or financial services industry
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance tracking

Stage 2: Interview with VP of Global Sales
Stage 3: Presentation Panel Interview with Sales Team
Stage 4 (if required): Interview with a Senior Executive
We always aim to stick to the above process, however there may be occasions when an additional interview stage is needed for us to be sure we’re hiring the right person!
