Gambling.com Group (Nasdaq: GAMB) is seeking a highly capable FP&A Director to lead and elevate our financial planning and analysis function. Operating across a portfolio of industry-leading websites—Gambling.com, Bookies.com, and Casinos.com—you will drive strategic financial support, deliver world-class planning cycles, and provide actionable insights that power business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies supporting company objectives
- Own advanced financial models for planning and investment decisions
- Lead financial reporting and KPI innovation to drive insight and action across all levels of organisation
- Assess and manage financial risks with actionable recommendations delivered to senior management
- Build deep partnerships with senior management to keep financial plans relevant and integrated with operational goals
- Deliver strong data governance and maintain system integrity
- Implement and enhance financial systems to improve reporting accuracy
- Own and deliver the FP&A calendar, optimising efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team focused on excellence and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or accounting qualification preferred
- Proven leadership experience within FP&A in high-growth, digital, or international businesses
- Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting frameworks
- Strong command of data governance and planning system management
- Track record of building deep partnerships across business functions
- Proactive, strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
