Role Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Specialist to join our growing global finance team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business performance analysis, ideally in a global or IT services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and strategy
Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards
Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
Monitor actual vs. budgeted performance and highlight key variances
Generate accurate monthly/quarterly financial reports and commentary for leadership
Support M&A due diligence and post-acquisition financial integration if needed
Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and controls
Drive process improvements and automation in FP&A activities
Support global finance initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams in different time zones
Key Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory
Minimum 8+ years of post-qualification experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills using Excel, Power BI or similar tools
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
Excellent communication, business partnering, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
Prior experience working with international teams/clients preferred
Willingness to work in US shift timings (4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST)
