Who we are looking for
As we expand our reach and enhance our capabilities, we are excited to invite ambitious, tech-savvy students to join our team as Working student: Fraud Monitoring Agent. This part-time, remote role is perfect for students who are willing to work next to their studies, fluent in German and English and are looking to gain experience in a dynamic startup environment while continuing their studies.
Role & Duties
- Monitor FAIRTIQ app usage to identify and manage fraudulent activity, ensuring a fraud-free system.
- Work independently from your home or any location, using tools provided by us.
- Participate in regular team video calls and occasional in-person workshops to stay aligned with team goals and updates.
Skills and personality
- Proficient in German and English. Additional languages such as French, Italian, or Czech are beneficial.
- Interest in public transport and familiarity with the FAIRTIQ app are advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years of studies ahead of you.
- Quick learner, team-player and able to work independently (good self-organisation).
- Willing and available to work next to studies.
