Our platform helps users navigate complex citizenship and residency processes through a data-driven approach, managing everything from document collection to application tracking. We’re creating tools that analyze mobility assets across 62 countries, helping users make informed decisions about their global mobility options.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Stack Engineer to join our eight-person engineering and design team based in Brazil and Argentina. This role is an opportunity to play a key part in building a high-growth product, focusing on user experience, data insights, and interactive tools that help people make informed decisions about global mobility options.
Key Responsibilities
Profile & Assessment System: Build and maintain our Profile Builder module, including interactive eligibility assessments and the GPAM Index calculator
Document Management: Develop our Vital Records Management system for secure document upload, storage, and verification
Application Tracking: Create and enhance our Application Manager module for monitoring application progress and milestone tracking
Data Visualization: Implement interactive visualizations for mobility scores, application progress, and portfolio analysis
Integration Development: Build integrations with document verification services and government databases
Search & Filter Systems: Develop advanced search and filtering capabilities for our mobility asset database
Technical Requirements
Frontend:
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript
- Expertise in building responsive, accessible web applications
- Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., Recharts)
- Proficiency with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like shadcn/ui
Backend:
- Node.js and Express.js experience
- Expertise in database design and optimization (PostgreSQL)
- Experience building secure document storage systems
- Knowledge of API design and RESTful services
Cloud & DevOps:
- Experience with cloud storage solutions for secure document management
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Familiarity with containerization and deployment
Desired Experience
- Track record of building secure, compliant systems
- Experience with AI/ML integration for document processing
- Experience building document management platforms
- Background in fintech or other regulated industries (ideal)
Must-Have Qualities
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding data security
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code
- Experience building user-friendly interfaces for complex workflows
- Commitment to writing well-tested, production-ready code
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
