We provide financial tools for small business owners and self-employed individuals. Our platform combines business banking, bookkeeping, and tax management into one system. Lead Bank, Member FDIC, provides the business banking services, including the Found Mastercard Business debit card.

Our banking features include a Mastercard business debit card, team cards with spending limits, check and cash deposits, wire and check payments, contractor payments, and sub-accounts. For bookkeeping, we offer automated expense and income tracking, custom rules and tags, receipt scanning, invoicing, and financial reports. Our tax features include automatic write-offs, tax form generation, tax estimates, 1099 form filing, and mileage tracking. We also automatically set aside money for estimated taxes.

Our contractor management features let you make unlimited payments without per-contractor fees, use flexible payment methods, collect W-9s, and generate and file 1099-NEC forms for free. We also offer an AI-powered Assistant (currently in beta) to answer questions, delegate tasks like invoicing, and provide tax readiness updates.

While our core features are free, we offer optional paid plans: Found Plus and Found Pro. Found Plus gives you 1.5% APY on balances up to $20K. Found Pro offers 2.5% APY on all balances with no cap, 1% cash back on qualifying card purchases, and a dedicated account manager. We have no credit checks, no minimum balance requirements, and no maintenance fees for our core services. Over 769,000 Found accounts have been created, and we’ve processed over $1.34 billion in card transactions.

Our mission is to simplify finances for the self-employed and make running a small business easier, so owners can focus on their primary work. Lauren Myrick, Connor Dunn, and a team with experience in taxes, accounting, and financial services founded the company in 2019.
