We are looking for a Global Logistics Analyst who thrives in fast-paced, cross-border environments and can turn complexity into clarity. This is not your average logistics role. You’ll own and optimize the full logistics lifecycle— from PO creation to warehouse delivery —while leveraging data, automation, and AI to scale our operation and uncover continuous improvement opportunities.
You’ll need to be more than just organized—you’ll be curious, tech-savvy, data-driven, and proactive , always looking for smarter and faster ways to deliver results.
Requirements
Expected outcomes & responsibilities
Own end-to-end Purchase Order management, freight bookings, and ASN tracking.
Maintain real-time visibility and accuracy in our ERP and 3PL systems.
Review and control commercial documentation and vendor compliance.
Execute Transfer Orders between fulfillment centers and manage warehouse receivings.
Use AI and automation tools to eliminate manual tasks and increase operational speed.
Build dashboards and generate reports on freight status, discrepancies, and vendor performance.
Reconcile freight and duty invoices with the Finance team monthly.
Experience/ Qualifications
2+ years in international logistics, global trade, or supply chain roles.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and logistics/e-commerce platforms.
Strong command of English (written and verbal).
Intermediate to advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, ownership mindset.
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and low-code/no-code platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.).
Comfortable working full-time in U.S. time zone-compatible hours.
Nice to have:
Experience with 3PL platforms (e.g., ShipHero, Flexport, Amazon Seller Central).
Background in e-commerce or retail logistics (especially National/International Brands).
Exposure to data tools like Tableau or process automation tools.
Degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
