You could join our clients rapidly growing SaaS software company which operates on a global scale. We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join the team.
We are looking for someone based in the UK, who will drive new business through prospecting, territory management, and occasional onsite visits for the UK market. You will collaborate with the sales engineering team and ensure smooth transitions to the implementation team. Once onboarded, customers will remain in your territory for upsell or cross-sell opportunities. This role emphasizes acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing clients. Performance is measured by a quota-based defined sales territory.
Your tasks will include:
- Drive a prescriptive sales process to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within a defined sales territory, and prospect for new clients through various strategies.
- Engage and nurture qualified leads from different teams (e.g., Channel, Logistics, Analytics, Marketing) and cross-sell or upsell to existing customers.
- Nurture prospects and current customers; cross-sell and upsell existing subscribers
- Maintain a rolling 90-day pipeline to meet or exceed annual reoccurring revenue (ARR) quota while documenting key activities and insights in Salesforce.com.
- Collaborate with the account team to leverage existing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with Customer Success.
- Maintain customer satisfaction; respond to customers in a timely manner; ensure the customer has proper alignment with Customer Success
To be a good fit for the Help Desk Analyst role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant sales experience, or some post-secondary education with 3 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 1 year in a commission-based sales role.
- Fluent in English
- Effective communicator with strong verbal, non-verbal, and written skills, capable of adjusting tone and style to engage different audiences.
- Demonstrated integrity, relationship-building skills, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to clearly translate and communicate business issues and technical information to individuals with varied levels of expertise.
