What You’ll Do
- Define and implement the GTM strategy for new Education products
- Own adoption goals and performance metrics for these products
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Ops, Finance, Enablement, and Marketing to deliver on business goals
- Establish the operating cadence, metrics, and reporting infrastructure to track progress
- Test, learn, and evolve product positioning and pricing to optimize conversion and adoption
- Serve as the central GTM lead for all new initiative launches across the Education team

- Successfully led go-to-market strategy and execution for new or early-stage products
- Owned product adoption goals and built scalable processes to drive results
- Worked cross-functionally with sales, marketing, enablement, ops, and finance teams to align and deliver
- Operated with autonomy and clarity in ambiguous, high-growth environments
- Demonstrated strength in iterating on GTM motion and positioning based on data and feedback
- Brought a scrappy, resourceful approach to building from scratch
