Our service solves common webhook implementation challenges like deliverability, retries, monitoring, and security. Our platform includes automatic retries for failing customer endpoints, detailed logs and monitoring to track deliverability and disable problematic endpoints, and strong security against SSRF, replay attacks, and unauthenticated events. We also offer an application portal (standalone or embedded) where users can manage endpoints, inspect logs, and view reports. The service aims for a positive developer experience, with tools for testing, inspecting, and replaying webhooks. We also handle event types, message fanout, system maintenance, and scalability for billions of webhooks. For consuming webhooks, Svix Ingest offers enterprise-grade reliability, security, and scalability, handling large volumes of incoming webhooks. Founded in 2021, we have 11-50 employees. We are committed to security and compliance, operating in multiple regions to meet data-residency requirements, and adhere to SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, PIPEDA, GDPR, and CCPA standards.
